The mission of Bizee is to help people incorporate their businesses. They have helped incorporate over 800,000 entities since 2004. They offer an easy 3-step process to get started and yearly support from experts to ensure compliance with government and IRS rules.

Pricing

There are three basic services, all of which include preparing and filing articles of organization, name searches, registered agent service for a year, a banking account, other paperwork required by the state, business tax consultation and online support.

After choosing your entity type and state, you can see the pricing packages. Be aware that state Fees vary greatly and there is a handy chart which lists each state’s fee.

I also found that the package fees depend on which state you choose. The cost for Bizee Basic Silver package is $0 plus state fee. The Gold package runs from $199 plus the state fee and includes the silver features plus EIN Business Tax Number, IRS Form 2553, Operating Agreement and Banking Resolution.

The Bizee Platinum Package cost $299 plus the state fee and includes the gold package features plus Expedited Filing, Domain Name + Business Email and Business Contract Templates. Some of the extra features in the gold and platinum package can be added to the lower packages for a per feature fee.

Business entities also need to file documents with the state every year and this is also a service offered by Bizee.

Bizee review: Ease of use

Beginning at the website’s landing page, you will see a list of features, and a short, easy to understand video on how the service works. Next there is a section on choosing your type of entity.

This section provides some great information on which entity to choose. Bizee offers Business Tax Consultation with all of their packages, as well as additional tax services with the higher priced packages.

Important – if you don’t want to include those additional services, you can  click on “No thanks, I will pass on this opportunity” and avoid the additional cost.

After your information is filed, you will be able to pay for the Bizee service and complete your orders in minutes.

You can also take advantage of the personal login to Bizee site where you can view your documents, see ongoing filing requirements, review and update information, learn about different topics related to your entity, and receive support from experts.

Bizee covers the following entity formation:

Choose an entity, select your state, select your package and Bizee will search the state database for your domain and set up your new company so you’re are allowed to legally operate a business.

Once you submit the request, Bizee reviews your order details to match state guidelines, does a name availability search, prepares and files documents with the appropriate entity and delivers you the final documents for your files.

Bizee can also files required annual reports and does tax consultation. They also provide extra services and online storage of business documents. Other documents, websites, bank accounts and various other features are available with some packages.

There are buttons to request a call or ask a question. Refer to the FAQ section for simple questions. The Resources, Quick Links, and Services at the bottom will explain all of the terms. The Learning Center and Manage Your Company tabs have great articles and I found them to be very informative and helpful.

Bizee review: Verdict

For setting up a business quickly and easily without being involved much in the process, Bizee offers one of the best incorporation filing services we reviewed. I have set up a couple of businesses and the hardest part is deciding what business entity to choose. Bizee provides you with all the information you need, but the decision is up to you.

The Gold Package includes all of the features you need to launch your business, plus extra guidance. A tax attorney or accountant can be hired separately for the business filings and taxes, but it’s nice to have it in one spot.

Overall, Bizee has an easy to use website and comprehensive service that helps you  get your required paperwork done and make sure your legal requirements are covered in the process of forming your company for a competitive price.
