With over 20 years of experience in all 50 states, MyCorporation has helped over 1 million businesses form and grow. Their main office is in Calabasas, California, but everything can be done online. From document filing services to trademark searches and applications, copyright registrations, DBA registrations, and registered agent services, this company is dedicated to protecting their customer’s business entities.
Ease of use
From the home page, select your Business Type and State of incorporation.
Business Types include C-Corp, S-Corp, B-Corp (Benefit), Non-Profit or Professional Corporation, LLC or Professional LLC, and DBA (doing business as).
Immediately, there is a page that you can calculate your package and add all of the ala carte items you might want. For an explanation of the services click the plus buttons.
There are also 11 optional services and the prices set out clearly. As you click on each box the charge is added to the bottom total. Clicking the details button below the Continue boxes will show you the running total as well.

Once you have chosen your package, click Continue and you will be taken through a series of screens asking for the pertinent information required for setting up your business and filing papers. Depending on your entity type, there will be different fields required.
Once you reach the payment page, use the coupon code FREEEIN advertised on the Home page for a free EIN/Tax ID, which is often required for business entities.
Once you have completed all of the forms and submitted payment, MyCorporation will file the paperwork with the Secretary of State and provide you with documents.

There are four basic packages available to form your corporation. The state fees mentioned vary greatly as they are set by each individual state. There is a Basic package not listed here for $99 which includes Articles of Incorporation, Business Documents, Name Check, and Document Storage. The Standard package adds an Annual Report Service to make sure you maintain compliance with state requirements. The Deluxe package adds the Registered Agent Services. The Premium Package adds a MaintainMyBiz services, which includes filing of 4 business documents a year (there are 16 to choose from). This service can be ordered ala carte starting at $250 per year. This benefit is useful for new and existing businesses.

MyCorporation offers business information and set-up for 7 entities plus many other services that will keep your business compliant and running smoothly. While they do not offer a free option, they offer everything you need now and in the future and the charges are clearly stated. Most everything is done online with easy steps, including customer support. They offer legal compliance and peace of mind.
