Their mission is to give corporations peace of mind in proper business set-up. They offer a basic, 3-step process that is free except for the state filing fee. Based in Reno, NV, this small team is dedicated to providing a personal and professional approach.

Ease of use

Inc Authority has a 3-step process.

Step 1

Pick your entity type and state of incorporation. There are two entities available – a Corporation (which includes S-Corporations and C-Corporations) and an LLC.

Step 2

Fill out your Business information, including whether you have a co-owner or partner.

Enter Corporation details and a brief explanation of what your business purpose and the type. Your company name is displayed as it will be filed.

Enter your business address and whether you’d like text messages.

At this point, you can add ala carte services for extra charges. Most of these are in the bundle packages, but your can add them here as well. All of the options are automatically chosen, so click no to remove.

Step 3

In this step, you will have a list of all the addons you chose and information on the cost per item, plus, the state filing fee. The free service does not include any of the ala carte items.

• INC CARE Support for help via mail or phone
• Tax Planning Consultation
• Business Funding Analysis for start-up and financing options

Start-Up Bundles are available for additional costs plus the state filing fee. A call to a consultant is needed to purchase these bundles.

Pricing

You can form your LLC for free and only pay state fees when you form your LLC with IncAuthority.

The Starter Business Bundle is $399 and includes business name searches, filed articles, Operating agreements/bylaws, a record book, meeting minutes/resolutions, ownership certificates, an EIN number, business credit/funding evaluation, tax consultation and a 1-year protection advisor.

The Executive Business Bundle for $499 includes all the starter features plus a business license report and website domain.

The Tycoon Business Bundle for $799 adds express processing, a business credit coach, a multi-tiered credit building system, business credit LaunchPad and Credit Bureau registration.

Additional services beyond the LLC and Corporate filing include Federal Trademark, Revocable Living Trusts, a business credit report, Website and marketing packages, Business Funding and Business plans. Read a section on each of these services and then speak to consultants about purchasing them.

Customer service

INC Care Support is standard with any package including the free service and includes expert staff support via email or phone. Pictures of each staff in the company section let you know who you are talking to. They have a lot of 5 star reviews focused on personalized customer service.

Inc Authority partners with top names in the business world including GoDaddy, ADP, Chase Bank, AuthorizeNet, RegisteredAgents Inc, ADP and Nav. There are special offers related to banking, bookkeeping, website creation, payroll, etc.

Verdict

Inc Authority is a great site to file the initial papers to the state to incorporate your entity. The basic filing service is free (aside from state fees) and has all of the basic features needed to start your business. Ala carte items are available, or a comprehensive bundle package is another option. The staff is knowledgeable and available if you have any questions before, during or after the filing process. They will make sure all of your legal requirements are covered and provide support going forward.
