This premium package includes reporting service, E-Ledger, E-Certificates, Cloud Storage and Priority Support. Expedited Services are also available for a fee.
2. Entrepreneur Package starts at $199, plus state fees, and includes all the above, with the Federal Tax ID, the LLC Kit and the MyCompanyForms add-ins included.
3. Complete Package starts at $279, plus state fees, and includes all of the above, plus the Registered Agent Service in the package price.

DBA

If you are a sole proprietor or partnership, you can set up a business under another name, and this is called a DBA. Simply put, DBA is “Doing Business As”. DBA’s are very easy to set up and maintain, simply filing the proper information with the Secretary of State. They allow you to do business under a name other than your real one. For example, Joe Smith DBA JS Enterprise lends your business more credibility and options. If you have an existing corporate or LLC name and want to do business under another name, you can also use the DBA feature. The downside of a partnership or sole proprietorship using a DBA the level of personal liability the owner assumes. An LLC or Corporation offers a greater level of protection. Articles of Dissolution

There are several steps required, including proper approval of the dissolution by the owners, making sure all taxes and fees are paid, notifying creditors, distributing assets and notifying all state and government entities.
